Beauty & The Beast : The Enchanted Christmas

Here's some work I did for Walt Disney Canada at the Toronto studio back in 1997/98 on a production called Beauty And the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas. These are rough designs and done before everything went digital so I have no copies of the cleaned up versions. These drawings give some examples of a more realistic style.......





These are good examples of how I work in rough first before I take it to a clean stage.

I wanted to know if you had instructions about Maestro Forte's physical appearance. Have you worked on the design of his human's form ? Did you have instructions or were you totally free to imagine him physically the way you wanted ?
